Please read our policies before ordering from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products you are are in agreement and bound by our terms and conditions. Squiggles & Dot. may make changes to these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review our policies regularly to ensure you are up to date with any changes. Your continued use of our site after any policy changes that have been posted means you are in agreement with such changes and bound by them .
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all our products have been handmade, and as such may vary or contain irregularities. We do not accept exchanges, refunds or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
Privacy Policy
Maintaining your privacy is important to us. Any personal information our provide us will be kept confidential and only used to send your items to you and if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter will keep you up to date with our news, events and offers. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
Customer Service
If you would like to get in touch with us we would love to hear from you. You can complete the form on our 'contact us' page to arrange a call-back consultation, use our new website chat or email us at georgia@squigglesanddot.com. We are generally available online between 10am - 6pm but don't worry you can leave us a message at any other time. We will aim to get back to you within 24hours.
Shipping Info
Our standard delivery time for in stock products is 3 to 5 working days. However, if you require an expedited delivery time please do get in touch. Where possible we will do everything we can to work with you and help make sure you get your item in the required time frame. Express deliveries will incur an additional charge depending on the product ordered.
If you would like to order a specific product that is not in stock or needs to be bespoke made, please complete the 'made to order' form on our 'contact us' page. Our usual turnaround time is 7-10 days but this may vary depending on our suppliers. We will of course keep you updated with delivery timings and give you an expected delivery date once you have completed your order. Please remember to try and order your item in plenty of time for the date you need it by.
Personalisation & Customisation
We are able to customise and/or personalise most of our products at your request although this may incur an additional charge. Simply fill out the dedicated field when ordering your product. If you wish to purchase a 'made to order' item please contact us with your request to arrange a call-back consultation so that we can discuss your custom requirements. Following this you will be provided with a quote and will be invoiced once your product has been created.
